Martin Zackroff, MPT
Owner/Physical Therapist the West Chester Office
Martin Zackroff aka Marty, has been a licensed physical therapist since 1999. He graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from the University of Miami in 1996, and received a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1999. His work history includes two well established outpatient physical therapy clinics in Delaware and Chester counties, with a high concentration in student athletes. He opened Joint and Spine Physical Therapy in May 2005 to deliver high quality care and improve patient's overall function. Marty prides himself in keeping up with the most recent literature compiled by the most successful clinicians in the profession and is always learning and implementing new techniques to his patient's plan of care.
Marty is a native of the West Chester area. He has two teenage daughters. In his spare time he can be found at one of his daughter's many activities.
Drew Napolitan, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Licensed Massage Therapist
Drew Napolitan is a licensed physical therapist assistant that graduated from the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology in 2018. Prior to working in physical therapy, Drew has been a licensed massage therapist since his graduation from the CHUBB Institute of Technology in 2007. He now has over 15 years of experience and specializes in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, full body stretching and pain management. Drew may be a familiar face to some patients because he too completed a clinical rotation here at Joint & Spine Physical Therapy prior to completing his degree.
Drew resides in Delaware County with his wife and four children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, attending his son's various wrestling tournaments, home renovations and taking care of his chickens and dogs.
Dana Durkin has been a licensed physical therapist here at Joint & Spine Physical Therapy since her graduation in 2009. She is a graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelors of Health Science. Dana completed her clinical studies with Joint & Spine Physical Therapy as a student prior to on-boarding as a full-time therapist. Dana has worked per diem with pre-school and school aged children.
Dana first developed her interest in physical therapy following her own ACL injury while playing basketball for Bishop Shanahan High School. Dana is an avid runner.
Dana is also a native of the West Chester area. She has two young children. In her spare time Dana can be found coaching one of her kid's sports teams or attending one of their sporting events.

David Chiplonia "Chip", DPT

David Chiplonia aka Chip, graduated from Widener University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. He graduated from DeSales Univeristy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport & Exercise Science. David completed his final clinical rotation at Joint & Spine. His undergraduate experiences include internships with St. Luke's Rehab in Center Valley and Hellertown, and Good Shepard Rehab in Allentown. His graduate rotations include experiences in multiple outpatient settings and inpatient rehabilitation focusing on subacute and acute settings. David's interests include sports rehab, manual therapy, and vestibular therapy. His goals are to help improve the function and quality of life for all patients.
Chip resides in Delaware County with his wife and two sons. In his spare time Chip enjoys a round of golf with friends at one of the many golf courses in our surrounding area.
Gioia Maiale, DPT

Gioia Maiale is the newest member of our team! She graduated from Saint Joseph's University, previously University of the Sciences, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's of Health Sciences degree in May of 2023. Some of you may already recognize Gioia. She completed her third clinical rotation here at Joint & Spine Physical Therapy in the summer of 2022. She has clinical experiences in multiple outpatient orthopedic settings and a pediatric and adult school setting with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Gioia became interested in physical therapy as she was a three season athlete throughout high school and saw the benefits of physical therapy for her teammates. Gioia was a track and cross-country athlete and is still an avid runner today.
Gioia is a native of Delaware County and in her spare time she enjoys running, hiking, kayaking, or trying new restaurants in the area.
Brianna Fabiani
Office Manager
Brianna Fabiani has worked at Joint & Spine Physical Therapy since 2010. She has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Temple University. She is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone and our patient's first interaction with our offices.
Brianna resides in Delaware County with her husband, son and daughter. In her free time she can be found at one of her children's various sporting events.
