Insurance Information
Joint and Spine Physical Therapy accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. Prior to, or during your first visit, our staff will verify your co-payment or any deductible you may have with your insurance carrier. We will inform you during your visit of any financial responsibility you may have. Deductibles and coinsurance information are estimated by our staff but cannot be confirmed until your claims process with your insurance carrier. Please contact your insurance carrier for questions about your individual health plan.

Unfortunately we do not participate with Keystone Healthplan East.
You would need to contact your primary care physician's office to find out where your capitation site is for physical therapy. Being that we are a private practice, we are not a capitation site. The only exception to this is if your insurance plan has self referral benefits. If you have this option you would need to obtain a referral from your primary care doctor and your self referral benefits would apply. Please call the office to learn what your payment options would be should you opt to not use your insurance.
We do not participate in any Medicaid Plans including Keystone First, United Healthcare Community Plan & Aetna Better Health.
We do not participate with Tricare/Humana as the primary insurance. We do accept these insurances as secondary insurance to Medicare.
